To do this we ensure that we use the freshest organic ingredients from local farms and suppliers and freshly prepare all of our food. We operate on a minimal packaging policy to reduce damage to the environment. All our packaging is made from recycled material. However, for customers eating in, we offer proper plates and cutlery; it cuts down on waste and makes the Ginger John's experience even more pleasurable for you.
